I designed yet another flyer for the Click photoclub promoting their opening at the BBAC that is about to happen. Only this time I am actually participating in the show. I’m not posting the photo I made for the show, as I want to encourage people to come and see it in person.

I know it's painful to wait for a desired comodoty such as my artwork and hopefully this kind of manipulative marketing technique won’t alienate my audience. I have a feeling it wont, judging by the continued viewrship of local TV news. Find out if my photography could put your children at risk. More at 11. Actually this Friday from 6-8pm.

I'm not going to be artificially ironic by drawing attention to the fact that I've neglected this blog for half a year while pretending to avoid this attention. Oops too late.

I made this graphic for the web. It's all about Michigan, the state I was born in, the state I live in. Hopefully it's the state I'll move away from soon then return to again in my old age. It could actually be really nice here by the time I retire, once global warming kicks into full gear and the tiny trees around all the CVS Pharmacies reach a pleasing height. But in order to retire I first need a career. Which brings us back to this blog- A marketing tool. It's way to get myself "out there." I'm just dying to get out there because in here it is far too sarcastic and artificially ironic.

"But Wait," says the Zen Master. "The entire universe is merely a reflection of our inner world."

"I agree," says Yoda. "In the cave you will find only what you take with you."

Good point, imaginary friends.

Motion Pictures

A little video montage of some of my illustration and fine art paintings. Maybe the next one i do will have some sort of story to it and some Ken Burns style character narration thrown on top.

minimal abnormal

Today I'm into the abandoonment of asthetics in persuit of a raw message, which ironically will create a completely new asthetic. It seems there is no escaping art.

Portfolio Inserts

I did these inserts for my girlfriend Agnes' photo portfolio. She showed her portfolio to an art director from an agency who claimed to like my designs (allegedly).

Drawing caricatures of recently deceased blind soul singers on a Saturday night? I need to get out of the house before my inner geekiness consumes my last social skill.
